This is a slow and energetic flow - mixture of Vinyasa and Hatha - class.
The focus is to become more connected with your body and to be more present in the moment.
By bringing and resting awareness on your breath and bodily sensations throughout your practice, you will start to establish a healthy relationship with your body. The practice on the mat will continue in your life off the mat.
All level practitioners are welcome. You can use modifications/ variations to make the practice yours.
